We deliver integrated solutions covering the development, design, construction, and operation of photovoltaic (PV) installations and battery energy storage systems (BESS), executed in accordance with Polish law and established industry standards and procedures.
We offer investors market-ready projects across all stages of development, including projects with secured land rights, projects with issued grid connection conditions, projects with executed grid connection agreements, and projects in Ready-to-Build (RtB) status.
For each selected project, we provide comprehensive analytical support and full-scope due diligence, ensuring transparency and informed investment decisions.
Projects are developed jointly with investors to the agreed development milestone, following a structured, multi-stage approach and adhering to the highest environmental, technical, construction, and legal standards.
Our portfolio includes projects with issued grid connection conditions, successful participation in capacity market mechanisms, and access to public or state funding supporting construction through to the operational phase.
These comprehensive services are underpinned by over 15 years of experience in the renewable energy sector, spanning project development, EPC delivery, and long-term operational and asset management (O&M).
At TerraFlux Energy, we operate as a fully integrated asset manager, structuring sustainable investment opportunities in photovoltaic (PV) and battery energy storage system (BESS) projects.
Our approach combines disciplined project development with active asset stewardship, ensuring alignment with investor objectives throughout the project lifecycle.
Each project is developed in close coordination with our clients, with optimization driven by their technical, commercial, and risk-return expectations. Investors retain visibility and decision-making input at every key development milestone.
Projects in Poland benefit from a high degree of flexibility, supported by continuous technical dialogue with the relevant grid operators. This enables us to adjust land configuration, technology selection, installed capacity, and grid connection parameters as required, including the substitution or optimization of project sites where appropriate.
All projects are managed with a strong focus on transparency, reliability, and operational discipline, providing investors with confidence in execution, governance, and long-term value creation.

We develop utility-scale, ground-mounted photovoltaic (PV) and battery energy storage system (BESS) projects in Poland, managing the entire value chain from early-stage origination through to project execution.
Our development activities cover site origination and securing land rights, permitting and approvals, grid connection engineering, and the commercial structuring and offtake strategy for generated electricity.
Operating from Poland, we deliver standalone PV, standalone BESS, and cable-pooled PV+BESS projects, structured to meet investor-specific requirements and grid access strategies.
Projects can be connected at the following network levels:
All projects are developed to Ready-to-Build (RtB) status. Where required, we optimize and upscale grid connection capacity to achieve the target configuration, maintaining full technical alignment and continuous dialogue with the relevant grid operators (DSO and TSO).
TerraFlux Energy delivers the development and design of ground-mounted photovoltaic (PV) projects, creating the foundation for a resilient, low-carbon energy system and long-term energy security.
We support investor-selected photovoltaic projects across the full development lifecycle, from early-stage concept through to implementation.
Our capabilities encompass site origination and due diligence, permitting and approvals, technical design, grid connection engineering across all voltage levels, and the structuring of optimized load and offtake concepts.
Throughout the development process, we work in close collaboration with experienced external partners and co-developers to ensure efficient execution and risk-managed delivery.
Each site is optimized with a long-term investment perspective, considering the environmental conditions, grid connection costs, technical coordination with the relevant grid operator, and the optimization of connection timelines.
All development decisions are made in alignment with commercial objectives, regulatory requirements, and investor return expectations.
Through the development of battery energy storage systems (BESS), TerraFlux Energy actively supports grid stabilization and peak load management, enabling the accelerated and more efficient integration of renewable energy sources.
Energy storage represents a critical pillar of the energy transition, providing system flexibility, security of supply, and long-term resilience of the energy infrastructure.
According to data from the Ministry of Energy, more than 240 GW of capacity in Poland currently holds issued grid connection conditions, of which over 150 GW relates to renewable energy sources and approximately 90 GW to energy storage projects.
From this total, around 36 GW of renewable generation is already operational, while no large-scale, system-level battery energy storage facilities have yet been commissioned. The first commercial grid connections for BESS are expected in 2028–2029.
This places Poland's energy storage sector at an early stage of development, offering a unique market entry opportunity for institutional investors.
Out of the 90 GW of BESS projects, at least half remain actively available for acquisition or investment partnerships and exist across various stages of development.
TerraFlux Energy provides access to a curated portfolio of projects, enabling full investor due diligence and advancement to the agreed development milestone.
We ensure comprehensive technical coordination with local authorities as well as distribution and transmission system operators, guaranteeing regulatory compliance, legal security, and implementation readiness.
We offer projects at different levels of market readiness, allowing investors to significantly shorten time-to-construction—often by several years compared to standard greenfield development.
In the Polish market, early-stage development is particularly time-intensive:
By delivering projects at advanced and clearly defined development stages, TerraFlux Energy effectively removes these timing barriers.
Based on the investor's strategy and objectives, we provide full-scope support including:
In parallel, we also offer market-sourced projects available at any of the above development stages, structured in line with the investor's specific requirements.
